Learning Overview: Leverage permissions in Learning

Last updated: 10 months ago

LinkedIn Learning offers four levels of permissions to fit your organization’s specific needs and goals. These permissions allow existing admins to create other admins and assign them permissions such as user and license management, content curation, IT settings, and more.

Review the following permissions available in LinkedIn Learning:

User
  • Requires a Learning license to access Learning content.
  • Doesn’t provide access to admin features.
  • Can be managed by full admins and certain sub admins.
Curator
  • Requires a Learning license to access Learning content.
  • Doesn’t provide access to admin features.
  • Can be managed by full admins and certain sub admins.
Sub Admin
  • Your organization should have a Learning license to access LinkedIn Admin Center and the learning content.

  • Can be managed by full admins.
Full Admin
