Practice Exams help you prepare for certification exams through questions that align with the actual third-party certification exam. Practice Exams allow you to assess knowledge, identify areas for improvement, and measure overall readiness to take each certification exam.
The LinkedIn Practice Exams feature has three practice modes:
- Timed
- Untimed
- Custom
Each mode provides unlimited attempts, explanations for correct and incorrect answers, and detailed exam results. The number, question types, and duration of each Practice Exam are intended simulate the real-world certification exam.
LinkedIn has partnered with Total Seminars, a trusted, peer-reviewed certification prep learning company, to bring you real-world questions that anticipate the ones you may see on the exams.

The Practice Exams feature includes the following benefits:

- Practice Exams are available for well-known certifications from leading providers like AWS, Microsoft Azure, CompTIA, and ISC2.
- You can customize your Practice Exams by choosing from a pre-selected set of skills associated with that exam, as well as number of questions you may want as part of your practice exam experience.
Currently, Practice Exams are available only in English. However, LinkedIn has plans to roll out non-English language exams for different skills in the near future.

- In the left panel navigation, go to Certifications > Certification Practice Exams.
- In Search, you can find Practice Exams within a course environment; they are searchable like courses.
