HAR files help our technical teams diagnose and resolve any issues you may be experiencing while using LinkedIn.

HAR (HTTP Archive), or .har file is a JSON-formatted archive used to log a web browser's interaction with a site. The file contains detailed information about network requests and responses, including timings, status codes, and other relevant information.
Note: HAR files may contain Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
Complex troubleshooting issues often require additional information about network requests generated in a browser while the issue occurs. Recording a HAR file log of network requests and forwarding it to LinkedIn support can facilitate the analysis and resolution of the issue.
We recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to create these files, but Microsoft Edge can also be used to create and export HAR files.
