When you receive exercise files through GitHub with Codespaces support, it means the course's exercise files repository has been specifically configured for that use and the codespace that the learner creates will already have all the extensions and other configurations needed to start practicing immediately. 
• A LinkedIn Learning course repository without that specific configuration can also be opened in a codespace. Then, the user is responsible for configuring the development environment for their project.
