Build a new report as a Learning admin

Learning reporting is a great way to understand how your learners are engaging with content at both organizational and individual levels.

Learning admins can build and download reports on a variety of topics. Review more information about the reports available to Learning admins in the Learn more section below.

Important to know

Admin functionality isn’t available within the Learning apps. To access Learning Management, please use a desktop device.

To build a new report:
  1. From Learning Management, click Reports.
  2. Click the Download Reports tab.
  3. Click Download next to the Report Type you wish to view.
  4. In the Customize your report pop-up window, select:

    • Report Time Range
    • Filter by Groups (if desired)
  5. Click Download.
