Join XORLabs We are looking to hire a Mobile App Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience in mobile application development, including a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of mobile app architecture, be able to work independently as well as collaboratively, and possess a solid track record of building and deploying high-quality mobile applications. Key Responsibilities- Develop robust and scalable cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure a seamless user experience. Optimize apps for maximum speed, scalability, and performance. Maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and code reviews. Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure app stability across all platforms. Required Skills & Qualifications- * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * 3–5 years of professional experience in mobile app development. * Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart. * Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services. * Proficiency in mobile architecture patterns (BLoC, Provider, MVVM). * Experience in publishing apps on the Play Store and App Store. * Good understanding of third-party libraries, tools, and SDKs. * Familiar with Git, CI/CD tools, and agile development practices. * Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
