She brings forward-thinking leadership with extensive industry experience across diverse service lines to rapidly identify and address revenue cycle and operational gaps, creating scalable, and long-term solutions. Sheila has successfully mentored and coached associates for career promotion, while investing deeply in building strong teams and equipping them for success. She excels at building high-performing systems, processes, and teams that drive revenue growth and business development in national, private equity-owned healthcare companies.
