Some stories ask to be read. Tracy’s story insists. 💙 Tracy graduated from our TURN to Recovery program in 2025—but what she gained was so much more than a plaque. In her own words, she shares a raw and honest journey. Addiction wasn’t a sudden collapse—it was a slow unraveling. Until one moment changed everything. The moment she chose life. Her story is powerful. Her transformation is real. And her message is one everyone can learn from. Read Tracy’s story: https://lnkd.in/ek9p3kV6

Gratitude for the team that shows up with compassion, resilience, and heart every single day. A little scavenger‑hunt fun reminded North Coastal Mental Health Center (and the rest of us) that connection matters — not just in the care we provide, but in how we support one another. People supporting people. That’s the TURN way!

Meet Chance and Maisie! We’re celebrating National Pet Day by honoring the incredible healing power of animals — especially the service and therapy dogs who make a real difference in our communities. A huge thank‑you to Independent Therapy Dogs Inc. for bringing their amazing pups to our Courage To Call Food Market, offering veterans and their families moments of comfort, connection, and calm. Service animals do more than assist — they soothe, support, and remind us we’re not alone on our healing journeys. Today, we celebrate every furry friend who brings hope with a wag or a nuzzle. Here’s to Chance, Maisie, and all the animals who help us heal. #NationalPetDay #ServiceAnimals #KeepCourageAlive

This World Health Day, we’re celebrating what health really looks like in our community: fresh produce, shared smiles, and support that truly makes a difference. Our Courage to Call food distributions ( shoutout to our partners at @feedingsandiego ) help ensure our families and veterans have access to the healthy foods that science tells us are essential. Strong communities start with strong nutrition. #WorldHealthDay #StandWithScience
