The 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 are not the ones people have to use, but the ones they are glad to have. There is something nice about knowing that space is there when you need it. For those on our team who enjoy spending part of their week in person, our #Sarajevo location at Srđana Aleksića 14 is always available. It is a modern penthouse workspace with two large terraces overlooking the city, a mix of seating options for different kinds of workdays, and members of our Operations team around to keep things running smoothly. Some teammates come in often. Some occasionally. Some mostly for collaboration, a change of pace, or simply good coffee and a good view. That is exactly the point. The space is there to support great work, not to force a routine. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆: 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀, 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁, 𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆? 𝗟𝗲𝘁 𝘂𝘀 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀. P.S. We do not talk about #Transportation often, but a lot of our work lives here.  It usually starts in a place most people never think about: the roadside.   A sensor triggers. A camera captures. An event gets classified. A transaction or action is created. Exceptions get routed. Operators need visibility. Customers need answers. Reporting needs to reconcile.   In #ITS, complexity lives in the seams. Multiple vendors, long-lived integrations, and different release cadences, all while the road keeps moving and downtime is not an option.   That is the nature of work we’ve been doing with global ITS teams for years: connecting the chain from roadside to back office, strengthening interoperability, and making change safer without downtime. What does it actually take to keep a #tunnel running smoothly in real time?   More than most people would think. ⬇   Behind what looks like fixed infrastructure, there is a live operational system.
