  • Terran R build is advancing across the vehicle and scaling for future flights. ✓ Stage 2 tank mechanical assembly complete with LOX lid, thrust cone, and headband installed  ✓ Stage 2 HITL avionics boxes ready, enabling pre-installation verification and software testing  ✓ Stage 1 downcomer fully welded and began acceptance testing  ✓ Thrust structure internal trays installed; leak check completed on outer ring  ✓ Second CFSW installed and HFSW producing stringer to panel sub-weldments for future flights We’re scaling manufacturing across structures, propulsion, integration and more: https://lnkd.in/gPAMUM-R

  • At Launch Complex 16, Terran R infrastructure continues to take shape.    🔹 Launch mount and transporter-erector upper strongback arrived on-site.  🔹 Insulation and siding progressing on the horizontal integration facility.  🔹 Lightning protection system piles installed 98 ft underground.    Launching Terran R requires a full ecosystem across engineering, infrastructure, and operations.    https://lnkd.in/eEPqMbY  

  • Terran R testing continues to scale alongside engine production and new infrastructure.    🔥 Acceptance testing of Aeon R flight engines continues at NASA Stennis Space Center with testing of the Aeon V second stage engine progressing in parallel.
  🏗️ On the A2 stage test stand, the live ring was lifted into place and flume construction advanced ahead of diverter installation.

  • From Space Beach to the Space Coast, Terran R progress continued across design, build, test, and launch.    🔧 Vehicle integration progressed across the first and second stage tanks, interstage, and thrust structure.
