Our team had the opportunity to celebrate a huge milestone on Friday – Paul Schwake has been with Lieberman Technologies for 25 years! Paul is a Senior Systems Engineer with our infrastructure and managed services team, and is a shining example of the level of service and dependability we strive to provide to our clients. As shared by several members of the team who know him best, Paul is not only a very good engineer, but incredibly kind, thoughtful, fun, reliable and hard working. He's a major part of the success our company has seen over the years, and a major part of why we enjoy so many longterm partnerships with our clients. Thank you, Paul!

Most internal IT teams are capable. They are just asked to carry too much.

IT does not always get expensive because something failed. It gets expensive because complexity accumulates.

This is the central hub that monitors organizations' tech infrastructure for cyber threats, detecting issues and sending alerts, and takes action to mitigate possible security events. #TechJargon101 #security #securitoperationscenter #cybersecurity

Very few businesses design their IT intentionally - Most inherit it over time, and things can get messy when no one owns the whole picture...

Last night, I had the opportunity to join Kristine Cordts from Holly's House and Sergeant Anna Gray with the Evansville Police Department on 14 WFIE for a Peace of Mind Roundtable discussion focused on online child safety and the risks facing young people today. Late last week week, community and city leaders gathered at Mayor Stephanie Terry's office to sign the ACT PACT (Advocate. Commit. Tell.), reinforcing a shared commitment to protecting children in our community. It was encouraging to see organizations, law enforcement, educators, and local leaders aligned around a common goal. The reality is sobering. The threats children face online are evolving quickly, and awareness alone is not enough. It takes collaboration between families, schools, businesses, and community partners to make meaningful progress. At Lieberman Technologies, we work daily to help organizations defend against cyber threats. One thing has become increasingly clear: the same bad actors targeting businesses are also targeting families. Cybersecurity is no longer just an IT issue. It’s a community issue. That’s why the Digital Safety Summit on April 24 from 5–8 PM at Central High School is so important. Attendees will hear directly from experts and law enforcement about what is happening right here in Indiana and walk away with practical knowledge to help protect their families.
