As Construction Safety Week unfolds, we are reminded of the fundamental truth that supports our industry: without safety, there is no progress. Our industry involves inherent hazards, so let’s continue building a culture where everyone feels empowered to speak up, take action, and prioritize safety in everything they do. Throughout this week, InEight will be celebrating the progress our customers, partners, and everyone across the industry have made in developing a safer, stronger future for construction.

We're proud to partner with companies like ORION that continue investing in their people, processes, and long-term operational success.
As our projects grow in size and complexity, so does the need for real-time, reliable data. Our teams are using technology to move faster, improve forecasting, and increase efficiency across the business. Our Concrete team has seen a 30 to 35 percent increase in estimating efficiency. But the real advantage is not the physical platform. It is the people behind it. Proud of our Orion team and thankful for the strong partnership with InEight. 🔷 #ConstructionIndustry #ProjectControls #InEight #Estimating #PredictableExcellence

The McFarland Boulevard Arch Bridge and SPUI project by Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC, modernized one of Tuscaloosa’s busiest corridors while keeping traffic moving beneath active construction. At the center of the work is a 250‑foot suspended arch bridge spanning eight lanes of traffic, paired with a reconfigured interchange designed to improve safety and flow through the corridor. Planning that work required early clarity around sequencing and cost. Using InEight Estimate, the team organized estimate data and evaluated construction approaches to support a structured plan for the project’s complex scope. It’s a strong example of how thoughtful planning supports confident execution in constrained environments. Revisit this project from the InEight Project Championship: https://lnkd.in/g_JVpHm6

We're proud to see Natalie Takacs contribute to the discussion at Project Control Summit 2026! AI continues to dominate industry conversations, but long-term value will come from the organizations that build strong data foundations first. A strong session and a great reflection on the conversations shaping project controls today.
One of the insightful sessions we had at Project Control Summit 2026 was: Delighting in the Details: How AI and Granular Project Controls Data Can Multiply Your Delivery Capacity- presented by Natalie Takacs, Director of Reporting at InEight. Natalie shared a powerful message: granular project controls data is not just a reporting detail — it is the engine behind meaningful AI success. Her session explored how high-quality, detailed project data can help construction organizations scale human intelligence, improve delivery capacity, and unlock stronger performance without simply adding more people. A powerful reminder that AI success doesn’t start with the tool — it starts with the data. And when project controls data is captured at the right level of detail, it can become a true multiplier for smarter decisions, stronger delivery, and greater organizational capacity. 🚀 #ProjectControlSummit #PCS2026 #AIinConstruction #ProjectControls #DataDriven #DigitalTransformation #ProjectManagement #Innovation

When estimating is disconnected from execution, the context behind the numbers gets lost. On May 7, at Advancing Preconstruction 2026, InEight’s Dominic Cozzetto and Hunter Contracting Co.’s Bob Carlson will share how aligning estimating with project delivery supports more consistent outcomes and stronger decision-making across the project lifecycle. Connect with our team at booth #13 any time during the event, or if you'd like to schedule a time to meet one-on-one, visit: https://lnkd.in/g-h6jhEY

Everything looks aligned on the surface. That’s where optimism bias has the most influence, shaping how capital construction project leaders interpret the details. Would you move forward with this bid? https://lnkd.in/g_z3Z-HJ

“We don’t like surprises in our business.” That mindset led CCC Group, Inc. to set a new standard across the company and build a more connected approach to project delivery with InEight. https://lnkd.in/gH4jT7YQ

Planning gaps between the office and the field can slow progress and introduce risk. On April 30, the InEight Community will host our Director of Schedule & Risk, Jordan Brooks, PSP, EVP, for a live demo on how InEight Schedule connects those two worlds, helping project teams align daily execution with the Master Schedule while enabling real-time input from the field. This session is exclusive to Community members. Join today to attend: https://lnkd.in/gmvXJbv9
