Arula is InRhythm's enterprise AI adoption and transformation practice — built specifically for the engineering scale and regulatory environment of US financial services. Four engagements. Each designed to stand on its own. Each built around the specific pain the buyer is already carrying: → Forge — for CIOs and CTOs who need a board-ready number. AI Maturity Assessment. Defined operating model for AI-native delivery. Institutional knowledge preserved. Production validation on your real codebase. Quarterly governance reporting your board can track. → Prowess — for engineering leaders who need AI adoption that actually sticks. 7,600+ engineers certified. 97% satisfaction. 87% sustained adoption 90 days post-program. Not a training course — a cultural transformation with a measurement framework to prove it worked. → Foundry — for VPs of Engineering accountable for delivery outcomes. Not hours. Outcomes. AI agents handle all coordination and toil. Same team. 2–3× throughput. Arula carries the delivery accountability. → Velocity — for organizations scaling engineering capacity to India. AI-trained engineers — proficient in Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and the tools your teams already run — placed and productive before they arrive on site. Each of these is already running inside financial services organizations. The full Arula overview is attached. At InRhythm we've been in conversations with engineering leaders at some of the largest financial institutions in the US. The same problem keeps surfacing. They've licensed the tools. GitHub Copilot rolled out across 1,000+ engineers. AI-assisted review in the pipeline. Generative tooling in the workflow. And yet: — Deployment frequency hasn't moved. — Defect rates are flat. — The CIO is still explaining to the board why AI spend hasn't produced measurable outcomes. The tools aren't the problem. The problem is that firms are running 2025 AI tools inside 2015 delivery models. The same manual story writing. The same coordination overhead. The same six-week onboarding ramp. The same documentation debt. AI accelerates individual tasks. It doesn't change the operating model underneath them. The firms that will pull ahead aren't the ones with the most AI licenses. They're the ones that rebuild how their engineering organizations actually work — measurement, methodology, culture, governance — so that AI becomes the operating model, not the assistant. That shift is happening now. The window to lead it is narrow. More on what that looks like in practice over the next few days. #AITransformation #FinancialServices #EngineeringLeadership #Arula #InRhythm

At InRhythm, we believe leadership isn’t defined by titles—it’s defined by the impact you create and the consistency with which you show up. We’re proud to see our founder, Gunjan Doshi, deliver the Commencement Speech at Columbia Business School’s EMBA Global graduation. His message resonates deeply with how we operate: In a world being reshaped by AI and accelerating change, trust, intent, and contribution are emerging as the real differentiators. This is the philosophy behind how we build— not just technology, but teams, leaders, and long-term partnerships. As organizations navigate an AI-first future, the question isn’t just about adopting new capabilities— it’s about redefining how we lead, how we operate, and what we choose to build. Congratulations to the graduating class, and thank you to the Columbia team for hosting such an important moment. The future will be built by those who choose to lead it. #InRhythm #Leadership #AI #FutureOfWork #ColumbiaBusinessSchool #EMBA #AITransformation https://lnkd.in/dYHKeEEr
I was honored to deliver the commencement address at Columbia Business School last month for the graduating class of EMBAG 2026. My two kids were in the audience. They watched their dad walk up to the podium — the same dad who arrived in America with just $300 in his pocket. When I asked them to stand up during the speech, it was a surreal moment. Seventeen years ago, I was sitting exactly where these graduates were, finishing the CBS-LBS EMBA-Global program. This year, I was invited back as the Distinguished Alumni Guest Speaker for the Class of 2026. My message to the graduates was simple. Two words: Show up. Over the years — whether building a career on Wall Street, scaling a product consultancy, advising at the Lang Entrepreneurship Center, or serving as Chair of the NJ Commission on Science, Innovation, and Technology — a single principle has driven every outcome worth having: Show up. Show up often. Show up and give back. These graduates are entering a world where entire industries are being rewritten in real time. The jobs they're interviewing for today may not exist in five years. The tools they learned in class are already being augmented or replaced. That's not a future problem — it's a right-now problem. My advice was direct: Position yourself where no algorithm can compete — in the rooms where trust is built, judgment calls are made, and human beings take risks on other human beings. CBS taught me that the leaders who survive disruption are the ones who disrupt themselves first. That lesson has never been more relevant than it is today. I told my kids that if their dad could get from $300 to that podium, the road ahead of them is limitless. And the same is true for every graduate who walked across that stage. To the Class of 2026: the world belongs to those who show up — and keep showing up — long after everyone else has gone home. Make it legendary. Thank you Costis Maglaras Marilena Botoulas Columbia Business School London Business School, and the graduating class of 2026 #ColumbiaBusinessSchool #LondonBusinessSchool #EMBAGlobal #Commencement2026 #ShowUp #EMBA

Another great Forge AI Enablement session at InRhythm today. Engineers across the team came together to learn how to embed AI directly into their development workflows — from IDEs to building smarter solutions for our clients. At InRhythm, we believe the future of engineering isn’t just about using AI tools. It’s about operating with AI at the core of how teams build and deliver software. Great energy, great curiosity, and a strong step toward building a truly AI-first engineering culture. #AI #AIEngineering #FutureOfWork #InRhythm #ArulaAI

3,600+ engineers trained. 87% sustained adoption. +30% productivity per engineer. 37x year-one ROI. These aren't projections — they're outcomes from enterprise Financial Services organizations that invested in structured AI enablement rather than tool deployment alone. Today was an exciting milestone for us at InRhythm! We had fantastic internal participation in our Forge AI Enablement Training, where our teams came together to learn, experiment, and start embedding AI directly into the way we build and deliver for our clients. At InRhythm, we strongly believe that AI is not just another tool in the stack — it is becoming the operating model for how modern engineering teams work. Preparing for that future requires investing in our people, our capabilities, and the way we think about product development. That’s exactly what Arula Forge is about — enabling engineers to build faster, smarter, and with AI at the core. For our clients, this means working with teams that are already operating with the next generation of engineering practices. For talent, it means being part of an environment where continuous learning and innovation are part of the culture. The future is not something we wait for. We build for it. #AI #Engineering #DigitalTransformation #FutureOfWork #InRhythm #ArulaAI #AIEngineering

The AI adoption gap in Financial Services is not a tools problem. 87% of enterprises that deploy AI tools see less than 20% sustained adoption 12 months later. The tools work. The gap is structured enablement — role-specific, compliance-aware, and delivered inside the actual codebase. That's the problem Arula Forge was built to solve. #AIEnablement #FinTech #EngineeringLeadership

Most enterprises have deployed AI tools. Fewer than 20% see sustained adoption 12 months in. The gap isn't the technology. It's the enablement. Today we're excited to introduce Arula Forge — our role-based AI enablement program built specifically for enterprise engineering teams. Arula Forge isn't generic training retrofitted to your org. It's hands-on, delivered in your codebase, by senior practitioners with 12+ years of Financial Services depth. Here's what that looks like in practice: → 3,600+ engineers & analysts trained at enterprise scale → 87% sustained AI adoption — vs. under 20% industry average → +30% average productivity gain per engineer → Engineer ramp time cut from 6 weeks to 2 → 37x year-one ROI on program investment The enterprises pulling ahead aren't just buying AI tools. They're systematically building AI-native engineering cultures — where every engineer and analyst operates with AI as their primary working layer. That transformation doesn't happen through software procurement. Arula Forge is how you get there — before the gap becomes structural. #AIEnablement #EnterpriseAI #FinancialServices #EngineeringLeadership #ArulaForge

If AI is doing the same work you were already doing… you’re doing it wrong. AI shouldn’t just: - Speed up bad processes - Automate broken workflows - Create smarter chaos Speed isn't the goal. Elimination is. The question isn't "What can AI accelerate?" It's "What friction should no longer exist?" Speed ≠ leverage. Elimination = leverage. At InRhythm, we design AI-native workflows — not AI-powered patches. Stay tuned for more! #AI #InRhythm #arula #AIFirst #FutureOfWork #BuildWithIntent #EnterpriseAI
