Hace años trabajé en Marketing Comercial donde hacíamos guiones de venta cada vez que lanzábamos promociones. Todo el mundo está hablando de lo que hace Claude. Yo también lo uso. Pero hay una herramienta que descubrí hace poco que me voló la cabeza para algo muy específico: gestionar equipos comerciales. Se llama Aircall. Y lo que hace su IA no es magia genérica, es inteligencia conversacional aplicada a llamadas de ventas. ¿Qué hace exactamente? Mientras tu rep está en una llamada, la IA le da guía en tiempo real. Detecta objeciones, sugiere respuestas, y sigue el playbook de ventas automáticamente. Cuando termina la llamada, te hace un resumen automático, te actualiza el CRM y te genera un email de seguimiento. Cold-calling objection: "Call me in 6 months." This is how I handle it: I used to answer: 'OK' and hang up. Just kidding! Of course, I answered something like 'Got you! Just so I don’t reach out at a bad time again… what’s changing in 6 months from now?' Blah Blah Blah But your decision-makers know: → your script really well → you will try to go deeper → you might try to uncover whether this is a real timeline or just a polite brush-off. So instead of generally answering something or panicking and checking what's going on with this particular prospect by opening previous emails, notes, or any other recordings, just start using AI properly! I tried using Aircall's AI Assist Pro, so now it's my helper w/ cold calling! Just do your regular cold-calling session. It's providing you with all the relevant info: 1/ last interaction date 2/ previous reply 3/ previous concerns/objections 4/ the list of pain points 5/ current solution, time for budget revisiting, stakeholders, etc. You don't need to do your research. 0 seconds spent on each contact.
